Your comments and questions are very important to us. Each one is collected into our Bug and Support Tracking Database, which we use to route questions among the staff, and improve our tools and services. Your quality feedback and reports make a tremendous impact on our improving our tools.
When you send us help requests, bugs, or feedback - please help us to best serve you by providing us as much detail as possible. Make sure to tell us:
- What happened? (If you can take a screenshot of the problem, that would be very helpful.)
- What were you expecting to happen?
- What time did it happen?
- What led up to problem? Please provide as much detail as you can here and let us know if you can reproduce the problem.
- What browser and operating system are you using?
You should receive an automatic response that our support staff has received your comments/query. That email will include a "Case ID" that you can use for tracking your support call. You can reply to this response email to send us your screenshot, or provide any more details that you think might be helpful for us.
